I'm a California native and have been shooting professionally for over 7 years. During my time as a professional photographer, I've had the chance to photograph a multitude of projects such as Runway during LA Fashion week, large advertising campaigns for numerous companies, weddings, and a variety of portraiture projects. 

 

My professional passions have fallen with shooting weddings and taking portraits of  various athletes and professionals.  These give me the most enjoyment because I get to work closely with people. These jobs are about capturing people and showing the emotions of a moment or portraying a person's personality in a single frame.

 

When it comes to my "style", I believe being a professional photographer is about having an array of photography skills and techniques. I don't think the word "style" is a word a true professional photographer should use. It's up to the photographer to know what look the client wants and it's up to the photographer to capture that look. It's important to know how to use natural light as well as introducing their own lighting and know when to use which. Having these skills allows a photographer to push their limits and continuously create unique images.
